  • “You,” “User”: Any individual or entity using our website or services.

  • “Services”: UX reports, homepage assessments, competitor analyses, and related offerings provided via UX-Analysis.com.

Our services are designed to provide actionable UX insights for your website and competitors’ sites. To use our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (e.g., domain names, URLs) when ordering reports.

  • Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

  • Not misuse our website (e.g., by introducing malware, scraping data, or interfering with functionality).

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter agreements.

3. Ordering and Delivery

  • Order Process: Submit domain names and URLs via our order form for paid or free reports. We’ll confirm you email address and provide a receipt and estimated delivery via email.

  • Delivery: Reports are delivered electronically (e.g., PDF) to the email provided, typically within three business days].

  • Accuracy: You’re responsible for ensuring submitted URLs are correct. Errors in provided data may delay or affect report quality, with no refunds for such errors (see Refund Policy).

4. Payments

  • Fees: Report fees start at $99, with one free homepage assessment per email address available. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are processed securely via the Wix Payments Platform and whatever payment method you choose at the time of order. You agree to pay all fees as listed.

  • No Refunds: As outlined in our Refund Policy, no refunds are issued once work begins, but we’re open to discussing concerns about report value.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All website content, reports, and tools (e.g., text, graphics, software) are owned by UX-Analysis.com or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Your Use: You may use reports for internal business purposes (e.g., improving your website). You may not resell, distribute, or modify reports without our written consent.

  • Your Data: By submitting URLs or other data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to analyze and include it in reports. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Report Nature

  • Content: Reports combine factual data (e.g., from software tools) and subjective insights based on expert analysis, as noted in our FAQ. Subjective elements may vary.

  • No Guarantees: We strive for accuracy and do our utmost to provide actionable DIY suggestion but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., improved conversions) from implementing report suggestions.

You agree to:
